Live Music at Our Grand Opening!

We’re so excited for our Grand Opening that we could sing – but we’ll spare you. Instead, we’ve lined up some fantastic, talented friends to stimulate your creative juices while you shop. Our Grand Opening Celebration will feature live music each day from 3:30 – 4:30.

Friday, July 20
Live music by Alex Sturbaum – Acoustic with Irish and jam band roots, the multi-talented Alex Sturbaum incorporates accordion, guitar, banjo and more into his eclectic sound. Mixed-media fiber artists won’t want to miss this!
Grand Opening Hours: noon – 5PM, music from 3:30-4:30

Saturday, July 21
Live music by Dave Hawkins – Nationally recognized College Hill songwriting talent Dave Hawkins draws on folk, rock, and Celtic influences. His songs will have you dreaming of Irish wool sweaters and quilts slung across porch swings.
Grand Opening Hours: 10AM – 5PM, music from 3:30-4:30

Sunday, July 22
Live music by Mark Messerly – For designers, modern quilters, and anyone who’s not afraid of a bit of attitude, Mark Messerly of the critically acclaimed Cincinnati rock group Wussy (also of Messerly & Ewing and now-extinct Ass Ponys) will be playing an exclusive solo set.
Grand Opening Hours: noon – 5 PM, music from 3:30-4:30
